Network Communications
Will deliver to the client custom designed presentation folders at no cost.
Network Communications will design a customized cover at no cost to the client.
Network Communications is responsible for obtaining sponsors.
Network Communications is solely responsible for sponsorship fulfillment, including all related aspects of marketing, production, and printing of the folders.
Client
Will allow Network Communications to use client’s name when contacting potential advertisers.
Will make their best effort to distribute folders to all new home buyers and use in all their normal day-to-day marketing functions.
Agrees to provide a minimum list of 15 preferred vendors to aid the sales campaign.
Has 30 days to approve cover artwork by email at no cost or Network has the right to produce their cover.
Single agents and small teams:
Minimum 300 units
Teams with 10-20 agents:
Minimum 400 units
Offices with 21-40 agents:
Minimum 600 units
Offices with 41+ agents:
